Green PNA

We provide green property needs assessments (green PNA) for multifamily rehabilitation projects. We work with LIHTC programs including California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC); California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC); and Federal Home Loan Banks’ Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funding. We also provide energy analysis for programs under the California Air Resources Board. Our Certified Energy Analysts and HERS Raters provide reports and documentation in compliance with the California State Treasurer’s office.

In most cases, the compliance approach that we provide is more simple and economical than seeking a LEED or GreenPointRated certification for your project. You can put more of your funds into serving tenants.
